i had some difficulties with the staff i asked at reception for some restaurant recommendations the lady at reception got out her mobile and started scrolling through google maps she said she was not sure and could not help us the breakfast service was disappointing you are handed a plastic reservation placard and told to select a table yourself

The onsen provided a great experience and the room's size impressed me. The room was clean, and it featured amazing city views. A TV connected to streaming services provided entertainment during relaxing evenings after exploration.
I noticed an issue with the hotel staff. Reception staff seemed inefficient and unhelpful when asked for assistance with a power adapter and taxi. Although they pretended to try, I eventually gave up on their assistance.

The building stands close to a subway station, facilitating quick transportation. This location simplifies movement to different points within the area. Its position also offers convenient access to the business district.

I loved how new, clean, and spacious the rooms were! the onsen on the 33rd floor was AMAZING!!! plus, the location was super convenient. breakfast was very good. The views were fine!!!
the reception staff were not efficient or helpful, especially when i requested a taxi.

the onsen is a one-of-a-kind experience, particularly for the men; it has a great view. the hotel gym features a cable machine and some free weights for guest use; it's pretty good. self-service washing and drying machines are available for travel convenience.

breakfast provides a broad selection, but feels massive; a slight downside to it. the food is diverse and delicious. you can see a beautiful view from the dining area, which is pretty cool.

rooms are spacious, pretty, and new; i enjoyed my time in it a lot. the beds are really comfortable. a corner room measures 41 square meters giving you plenty of space to spread out.

the hotel is one stop away from the bustling area; yodoyabashi station provides a slightly more comfortable experience. it is a ten-minute cab ride to orange street and namba. the night view is beautiful!!!
